As the Founding Attorney of Enliven Law, I apply a holistic approach to legal counsel and a strong commitment to client empowerment. My core competencies lie in providing strategic advice, effectively managing risk and creatively resolving conflict to minimize impact.

With over a decade of legal expertise, I have advised numerous individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, founders and novice CEOs, and other key stakeholders ensuring they thrive on solid legal foundations. Whether a client is an individual or an organization, my diverse experiences empower me to contribute meaningfully while embracing each individual client’s mission, objectives and goals.

As corporate counsel I focus on implementing proactive legal strategies, supporting corporate environments to foster growth, and managing outside counsel relationships to maximize productivity. In heavily regulated industries, my role has further involved meticulous implementation and ongoing review of compliant operating standards.

In my capacity as estate, life and legacy planning counsel, I draw on personal and professional expertise to provide comprehensive planning to people of all social and economic backgrounds and life circumstances. My approach to planning is hands-on and personalized, ensuring accessible and competent legal support no matter the situation. I have modeled my practice, and my own planning, on the principle of creative conflict prevention in order to plan (as much as possible) for life’s unexpected outcomes.

When I’m not in the office you’re likely to find me out on one of Colorado’s many trails with my pups (Viva and Dink), standing in a river tossing flies or attending concert with good friends.

Mandy combines her background in business operations management with a passion for helping people in her dual role as Firm Administrator and Client Service Director. She ensures the firm operates efficiently while also serving as a dedicated point of contact for clients. She enjoys supporting clients every step of the way and making sure their needs are met with care and attention. By streamlining processes and fostering strong relationships, Mandy helps create a seamless experience for both clients and the legal team.

Beyond the firm, Mandy enjoys discovering new things through travel. She also has a soft spot for animals and loves caring for them. Her favorite hobby is writing and playing music. She particularly enjoys playing the banjo, guitar, and harmonica. Mandy hopes that her desire to help others shines through in both her personal and professional life.

Livia brings over two decades of dedicated service in the legal industry and has spent the last 10 years supporting Estate Planning attorneys through her company Legacy Paralegal Services. She joins supports the Enliven Law team as a paralegal contractor with the goal of helping bring peace of mind to clients and protecting their legacies. One of her greatest joys is her proficiency in both Spanish and Italian, which have allowed her to connect with a diverse range of individuals and break down language barriers to ensure they feel heard and understood. Livia understands that this profession is not merely about cases and documents, but about people and their stories.

In her personal life, Livia has been happily married for twenty-five years and is blessed with four wonderful children who constantly inspire her to strive for excellence.
